Application area:

Being used for decoration of wafer cakes, cakes, gateaus, Easter cakes, biscuits.

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat, lecithin, vanillin, food grade dyes: Е102, Е110, Е122.

  • Protein — 4,8 g
  • Carbohydrates — 85,2 g

Caloric content: 416 kkal

Application method:

Apply a coating layer on baked goods (proteic, sugar, or chocolate coating) and then dredge with sugar topping immediately.

Apply toppings directly on ready-made ice-creams, desserts, creamy products for decoration.

Shelf life is 12 months. Keep at the temperature not higher than 40 С° and under relative humidity of not more than 70%.
